Salt Scrub: Glycerin, Sea Salt, Mineral Salt, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Sodium Chloride, PEG-150 Distearate, Fucus Vesiculosus Extract (Seaweed Extract), Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, Limonene, Linalool.
As a Natural Cleanser and Exfoliant: Add a touch of water to a small amount of salt and rub gently into Face and/or Body skin in a circular motion for a few seconds. Not intended for use on the most sensitive facial skin. If redness or irritation occur, discontinue use immediately. Avoid use on fresh cuts and scabs.
Face or Body Soaks with Continuous Sprayer: Fill sprayer bottle with 1 level scoop salt and warm water. Shake to mix, press trigger down and spray entire bottle onto face and/or body. 1 Treatment = 1 Full Bottle. If irritation occurs, reduce use to once a day or every other day.
Face + Body Bath Soaks: Dissolve 1 cup salt in LUKEWARM bath water (below 92°F). DO NOT SOAK FACE IN HOT WATER. Soak face for at least 5 minutes using snorkel or taking breaths in comfortable intervals. Soak body for at least 10 minutes. Repeat three times weekly. Use ear plugs when soaking face to avoid swimmer's ear.
Face Soaks in Clarisea Bowl: Fill bowl to top crease with lukewarm water (below 92°F) and add 2 scoops salt. DO NOT SOAK FACE IN HOT WATER. Soak face for a total of 2 minutes, taking breaths in comfortable intervals. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Repeat 3 times weekly. If redness occurs, decrease amount of sea salt.
Rinse Salt off completely after each treatment and follow with Purifying/Exfoliating Cleansers, Perfecting Clay Mask, Salt Scrub and an Oil-Free Moisturizer.
Finally my breakouts are gone!

For the past few years my skin has been blotchy and every so often I would get these clusters of pimples that would take weeks and weeks to go away. I've used a million different products; over the counter, spa products, you name it! And I would still encounter the same problem. Last summer I bought the Starter System and now I use the clarifying salt 2-3 times a week, the cleanser daily and the mask weekly and my skin has improved dramatically. I hate to brag but honestly, my skin looks radiant. Now people ask me all the time what concealer I use..and guess what I rarely use any concealer. My skin looks great and I couldn't be happier!
